Finding herbs

Hello everyone :)I am just starting this course after ordering it last March and then not having time to start it. Now I'm wishing I had started then because I have a HUGE stinging nettles patch that I didn't even harvest (I was sick for many months). So now I'm struggling to find the herbs I need.Frost has already touched everything here in SE Wisconsin and snow is called for on Friday so I doubt the plants would be very useful now (though they are still green).
